The Traitors Live Experience
A star-studded celebrity takeover of The Traitors Live Experience in Covent Garden, hosted by Claudia Winkleman for Comic Relief - kept phone-free so the missions, betrayals and surprise guests stayed in the room, not on social media.

BRIT Awards

What is a Lockabl® pouch?
A premium, secure, padded pouch that seals a phone away during an event, so the room stays focused and present. Made from waterproof neoprene, it protects the device and only opens with the companion Unlocker - and it stays with its owner throughout.
How does it work?
On arrival, guests seal their phone inside the pouch, which locks instantly with a built-in quick-lock. It only opens with the magnetic Unlocker, held by event staff or kept at designated unlocking stations. Guests keep their phone on them the whole time - sealed but close at hand - and have it released on the way out.
Which devices do the pouches work with?
All major phone brands and models - iPhone and Android alike, whatever the size. The pouch also fits smart watches and smart glasses, so every device can be sealed away for the event.
How do I unlock my device?
With the companion Unlocker, managed by event staff. At the end of the event - or whenever you need your phone - visit a designated unlocking station and a staff member releases the pouch in seconds.
What if I need access to my phone during an event?
Just ask venue or event staff, who can open your pouch at an unlocking station so you can step outside to use your phone. To keep the space device-free, phones are re-sealed before heading back in.
Will the pouch damage my phone?
No - it is built to protect, not damage. The padded, waterproof neoprene cushions your device against knocks, drops and scratches, and the locking mechanism never touches the phone itself.
I forgot to get my phone unlocked. What should I do?
Don’t worry - contact the event or venue organisers as soon as you can and they will arrange for you to reach an Unlocker. It is always best to unlock before you leave, but they will help you get back into your device promptly.
