Shipping & Returns

At Lockabl, we make receiving and returning your hired pouches simple. This page covers our shipping process, delivery times, and how to return items at the end of your hire period. If you need assistance, our team is happy to help.

At Lockabl, we’re committed to making your rental experience as smooth as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our Shipping & Returns process.

 

Shipping Policy

Dispatch & Delivery Times:

Orders placed before 3pm (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 3pm or on weekends will be dispatched the next working day.

Standard delivery: 2 to 4 working days.

Express delivery: 1 to 2 working days.

Based on availability, the Lockabl team may deliver orders within a 30-mile radius of our base in Camberley, Surrey.

Shipping Fees:

Delivery is free on all orders over £250.

For orders under £250, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery method and location.

 

Couriers:

Lockabl selects the best courier for your order based on value, speed, and order size. We partner with trusted couriers including Evri, DPD, Royal Mail, and specialist logistics providers for larger shipments.

 

Order Tracking:

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

 

Returns Process

We want returns to be easy and hassle-free for you. Here’s how it works:


How to Initiate a Return:

Returns can be initiated anytime after your order has been confirmed and delivered.

Visit the Returns Portal by logging into your account on our website or visiting lockabl.co/returns.

Follow the prompts to submit your return request.


Return Process:

Once we receive your return request, our team will review and approve it.

Upon approval, you’ll receive a pre-paid return label or a QR code (depending on the return method selected).

Simply package your return in the original box provided. This helps protect the products and supports our sustainability efforts.


Refunds & Rental Periods:

As Lockabl operates as a rental service, there are no refunds.

You only pay for the period you have hired the items.


Damages:

If any pouches or unlockers are damaged during your rental, the cost will be deducted from the damage deposit applied when you placed your order.


Non-Returnable Items:

All Lockabl products can be returned as long as they are packed securely in the original box.
