The pouch's quick-lock mechanism means devices can be secured efficiently. Phones can only be reopened with The Unlocker at the end of the event, which ensures you have control over when phones can be released back to their owner. It also means that customer's can retain the pouch in their possession to reduce any liability for managing customer property.
Our pouches also include a secure lanyard hook to allow the pouch to be hung up or worn around the neck for safe-keeping.

We pride ourselves on our fast and efficient delivery services. Depending on the requirements of your order, we will dispatch with one of our trusted courier partners for urgent orders, who will deliver from our London or Manchester hubs.
Alternatively, if time is on your side, then we can dispatch your order through the Evri, DPD or Royal Mail delivery network.
We believe that Returning your items should be as easy as receiving them - so when you're ready to return your rental order, package them back up and let us know by going to the Returns Portal in your account. We'll send you a label for your package and send a Courier to pick them up from you.

Once your event is over, it's time to request your Return. Package the pouches up in the same box, head to our Returns Portal and we'll take care of the rest!
